Returns and Refunds :
If you are not completely happy with your jewellery items, you may return within 7 days of initial purchase in unused condition.
For any Issues you might have:
Please send a message within our chat section with your order number and problem.
Once the products have been returned in full compliance with the above instructions, you will be refunded via your original payment method, minus shipping fees. Zwift Store currently does not provide prepaid return labels for unwanted items.
Please allow up to 5-7business days for refunds to be presented on your account.
Orders under the Refund Policy, (Returned with the note "Undeliverable")
All returns are processed immediately and refunded for the item received minus shipping costs. If our courier returns an order that has been determined "undeliverable" due to rejection of delivery or an incorrect address being provided at the time of order placement, the customer must contact customer service for a resolution.
Final Sale Items:
Some of our products, such as those in the sale section, are final sale. Other promotions, coupons, or Codes are not valid in conjunction with sale section. Please allow up to five business days for shipment of sale items. Prices in the sale section apply to specific styles and colours only and do not apply to other similar styles.
